CHICKEN MEAT BALLS

600 grams minced chicken meat one tablespoon Hoi sin sauce one tablespoon soy sauce two teaspoons sesame seeds one teaspoon sesame seeds one tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped 70 grams stale breadcrumbs one piece egg white, beaten lightly vegetable oil one tablespoon chilli sauce two teaspoons soy sauce chilli dipping one tablespoon lime juice sauce one tablespoon water
Preparation method
1. Combine the chicken mince, sauces, seeds, oil, coriander, breadcrumbs and egg white in a bowl and mix well.
2. Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
3. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry the balls in batches until browned and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Serve the balls warm with the sauce with spaghetti or warm rice with lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber and tomatoes
